Informs vendor of any product issues where corrective actions are needed. Follows-up with vendor and escalates any concerns when appropriate. Coordinates process to provide all evidence of issues to vendor when available. Ensures proper hand-off of evidence through chain-of-custody process is followed.Builds and maintains databases of information for the team including but not limited to Department of Health inspections, Coordinates with several departments and outside sources for data collections. Builds and distributes reports as necessary and follows-up on any corrective actions if needed.Oversees intake of customer and associate calls directed to Quality Assurance through Applix and Risk Master. Coordinates with Call Center and Risk Management where needed. Follows-up with appropriate Quality Assurance team member for information based on area of specialty.
