Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist with over 10 years’ experience in the field of fitness, nutrition and injury prevention/treatment with a strong background in sport specific strength and conditioning for elite rugby teams and more recently helping improve the quality of life of London City professionals through corrective exercise and performance enhancement.
