As of August 2010, I was acting Leeds Site Production Manager, as well as Leeds Site Production Planner and Site Stock Controller with Rhodia's impending move to the former McIntyre's site at Holywell Green in Halifax.My main duties included all production planning scenarios such as scheduling, printing of batch documentation for production operatives, relaying of schedules to all site departments, replenishment of all site raw materials, intermediates, resale and package items. Entry onto the SAP P30/R30 system of all yielding and goods issue procedures and completion of any reporting issues.As site Stock Controller the allocation of all site sales order requirements via the site SAP system. I also managed all stock related movements ensuring accurate records were maintained and documented to ensure 24/7 production and packaging to full capacity.I was also responsible for the twice-yearly physical site stocktakes, working with external auditors and I have also assisted other Rhodia sites with their stocktakes.
