Carried out initial surveys on insurance claims and provide scopes of works and estimates to repair properties to their pre-incident conditions. I completed full house damage reports/surveys where required along with validations of perils. I kept track of the claims and managed them from first visit all the way through to completion and hand over. I ensured the claims completed on time and within budgets to satisfy both clients and policy holders.
