Supporting and supervising a team of Employment Specialists in the north and west of the county, supporting the Project Lead to improve our Fidelity according to the Fidelity Scale criteria, carrying a caseload of clients and creating a network of local employers receptive to the work we are undertaking to help people under secondary mental health service into paid employment. This requires empathy, flexibility, creativity and an ability to think outside the box and see potential opportunities beyond the norm.
