The role also includes responsibility for the development, sales, and leasing of numerous commercial lots within the 112 hectare estate.An important Marketing and Commercial responsibility of the role is the timing strategy for future stages within the estate to be in line with the objectives of the overall estate delivery strategy. The unique nature of Jindee, and its world class urban planning model, means that establishing and maintaining home builder, consultant, and community relationships has been critical in the successful delivery of WA’s first transect based community.Being part of a WA’s first Innovation Agreement, Jindee is different to every other estate as far as urban planning and home design is concerned, therefore the strategy requires an educational approach to marketing the first stages of the project whilst still delivery a targeted multi channel marketing strategy in a highly competitive market. This ranged from completion of small subdivisions and grouped housing sites through to award winning three storey homes and two luxury oceanside apartment buildings in Mandurah Ocean Marina. In addition to this, I concepted and delivered over 30 display homes throughout Perth and Mandurah.
