A little about me:Currently, I work with Bodymod-Jancas as customer support. My responsibilities include answering emails, assessing wait times, canceling and refund orders. I love the lively and busy environment of Bodymod—we often work on Saturday and Sunday.Before working at Bodymod, I worked in different companies. This role really developed my customer service skills as I was consistently assisting customers in their projects. It also equipped me with the ability to work in a team environment.The majority of my work history has been as a customer service support. This position has given me a good understanding of how the business works and the challenges they face. And I am looking to develop my customer service and problem-solving skills as an E-commerce VA in a growing company.
