I also oversee implementation of new and key transformations through to delivery closely working with the Capacity and Activation Platform Delivery heads.I lead teams of cross divisional professionals at all levels to ensure architectural and design conformance in order to deliver major transformation for our internal customers. I have interaction with the telecoms regulator (OFCOM) to help Openreach ensure the systems in my sub-platform conform to new and future regulation.
