I’ve been extremely privileged in my career to have spent the last 30 years successfully managing businesses as an Owner, Shareholder and Director in specialisms including electrical engineering and contracting, home based call centres, retail, telecoms, technology and IT security, logistics and distribution, financial services and creating the first Sales Apprenticeship provider with over 1500 UK learners in 2 years. My focus is now leading the client planning, strategy and operations of a trusted international sales and marketing agency, ReveGro, and co-creating the first mobile app to successfully unite people to share love, happiness and re-experience memories with the same feelings as when they were created, Kapshoo. I really come alive when I can use my ability to uncover revenue & growth opportunities creatively in business models, adding most value at the start of those projects that provide significant change.Working together in partnership with people that are looking to grow their business, celebrating their success and for the benefit of others who also share my vision of serving others, maximising renewable resources, carbon sequestration and at the leading edge of changing consciousness for the benefit of this amazing planet. Around 10 years ago I was introduced to mediation, consciousness and the importance of being present and living in the moment. This awareness has changed my journey and my approach to business and to life. It is now a part of my day to day way of being. I believe that when we get the intention and energy aligned with the people we serve, the work that we do together flows and grows success. It is this intention and the actions that we do to support our aspirations that allows us to achieve outcomes that satisfy our customers’ needs selflessly for the benefit of all.
