Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Skills Development and Digital HR systems for Dextra Group in APAC, Middle East, USA and Europe.

Responsible for Talent Acquisition for Dextra Group (Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Hong Kong, China, India, Middle East, France, U.S.A., and Latin America). • Recruitment: Identify, pool and Lead recruitments of top talents for Dextra Group. Accountable for the overall end to end recruitment process, identify on & off line recruitment sourcing channels within various locations with a cost saving mindset.• On-boarding: Accountable for Onboarding processes and enhance onboarding capabilities. • Training: Design and deploy recruitment, onboarding and talent Management training programs to Dextra Line Managers and recruiters across Dextra entities. • Employee Relations and mobility: Pro actively follow up and engage with key employees worldwide while providing constant feedback to Top Management and handle internal promotion & mobility of Dextra Collaborators.

Business Development : Pro Actively expand PRTR’s recruitment services to Thailand’s existing and growing markets: Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Tech industryCustomer Management: Liaise with key decisions makers (Managing directors & CEOs) and maintain excellent relationships by filling their recruitment needs within the expected timeline.Consulting: Handling executive search and headhunting assignments, interviewing and assessing applicants, Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.Networking: Attend to networking events and successfully convert potential prospects into loyal customers – Attendance to Start-up summits, chamber of commerce, entrepreneurs and corporate events.
