I have worked in and enjoyed the construction Industry since 6 weeks after my 16th birthday in 1980, so no shortage of experience, although I am always open to learning and benefitting from new experiences and ideas.I have not moved around different Companies too much as I have been lucky having encountered good businesses with good people who I have been able to work with successfully and enjoyably.I am passionate about our industry and the people within it and whilst I am an advocate for new technologies and new processes, it is all about the people and the relationships that develop.I have worked at Chisholm & Winch for a combined period of some 30 years, over two employments. The industry and our clients have helped make us the high quality,reliable service based company we are today operating in the Construction, Fit Out and Joinery markets and I am very proud of the Company and my colleagues.
