Simon is Chief Executive Officer of BAF - Bishop’s Action Foundation which works as a catalyst for change by supporting changemakers to launch ideas that challenge inequity. Simon also has extensive governance experience and is currently Chair of The Eat a Rainbow Foundation, Interim Chair of Flourish Taranaki and Deputy-Chair of Wild For Taranaki. He is an independent trustee of Ngāti Tawhirikura Hapu, a trustee of Start-Up Taranaki and the Access to Justice & Wellbeing Trust and is a Director of Catalyst Housing Ltd. Simon was Co-Chair of Hui E! Community Aotearoa and Chair of the NZ Navigator Charitable Trust from their inception through to Oct 2019.
