I founded Chadwick Nott - a leading, well regarded international legal recruiter with expertise in senior legal recruitment; for permanent, flexible and AGILE roles. I worked closely with Julia Robertson, Chief Executive of Impellam Group, as leader of Chadwick Nott and as a senior member of the Impellam team from 2013 until I left at the end of 2015. Chadwick Nott was sold to the Carlisle Group PLC in 2006, which later became the Impellam Group PLC. Under my leadership, Chadwick Nott grew its profitability significantly between the years 2013 and 2015. After working with an excellent team in order to launch several new business units - including significant new Agile and International divisions, I took the decision to move on from Chadwick Nott and left at the end of October 2015. At Chadwick Nott we achieved extraordinary levels of staff engagement and were regularly featured in the Best Companies and Sunday Times Best Small Companies To Work For lists. In my last year with the company we won the Best Specialist Recruitment Business Award at the GR Industry Awards 2015.
