Worked in liaison with the contract, internal IT architects and Microsoft to identify all the requirements for an effective Content Management System.• Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contracts (AASC): reviewed the energy usage of the business Property portfolio of approx. 6000 domestic properties nationwide, developing and implementing an automated Business Intelligence (BI) visual management system.• Analysed the governments database of 22 million Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and got an 89% match for the businesses property portfolio of over 6,000 Properties.• Supported the National Test and Trace Programme by implementing an automated Business Intelligence (BI) visual management system used across 160+ Covid-19 testing sites, resulting in improved government compliance and report accuracy.• J&I PPE usage: Facilitated a team to review the PPE requirements within the J&I division and provided a dashboard ensuring visibility of all stock, usage and future prediction trends based on government legislation and local service user risk levels.• Leisure. Reviewed complex admin processes across 64 Leisure sites and trusts, improved the immediate process with low code automation before handing over to the professional services team to automate further, generating a soft saving of @ 11,000hrs p.a.
