I have more than 20 years experience working across the public and private sector establishing and delivering large and complex programs including new operating models, enterprise-wide business transformations, infrastructure programs and managing infrastructure and asset programs and portfolios. This includes experience across a range of infrastructure sectors including Water, Energy, Defence, Transport, Health and Education.I help organisations embrace technology and the changing workforce profile to deliver long-term value. This includes using Digital Twins to get better customer, sustainability, societal and human outcomes, as well as digital program management solutions for better governance and decision making.I have worked with Australian industry bodies to help shape the future direction of infrastructure planning and technology adoption. This includes being part of the ANZ Smart Cities Council sub-committee focused on Smart Cities standards, presenting at the OzWAter conference on digital change in the Water sector, and working with Infrastructure Partnerships Australia to deliver a report on the future of infrastructure. I have also led the development of a number of EY’s frameworks and tools including the global Water Utility Maturity Model and the Asia Pacific Digital Program Management solution.
