Managed the operational team; which consisted of 2 senior managers, 2 estimators 6 admin staff & 40 electricians & mechanical engineers.To look at all aspects of the business to carry out Business Development including marketing to framework agreement contractors to become part of their supply chain, to set up partnership agreements with various contractors and organisations that required 24/7 maintenance and emergency services.To ensure that Health & Safety Policy was up to date, ensure that the Safety Policy met the requirements of the new CDM regulations. Manage P&L, capital expenditure and training accounts to ensure profitability and sustainability into the future.

Recruited to set up a UK operation for TD Williamson Services, providing a comprehensive pipeline, pipe work and intervention service (onshore, offshore and subsea) to all the major oil, gas, water, power generation and process companies.• Recruited office staff and field technicians. This included 2 senior project managers, project engineers, admin staff + 14 field technicians.• Implemented Health & Safety processes and commissioned a Health & Safety document for the company.• Control of all financial aspects via an Accounts Clerk.• Manage the operational side of the business, providing a technically sound professional service to correct standards and specifications for the different clients.• Located Sheffield base premises, negotiated rent and terms, and oversaw refurbishment of the premises. • Ensured continual CPD for all staff.
