• Monitoring Site indirect expenses (i.e. Camp Expenses, Rental Manpower, Rental Cars and Equipment’s, Sewage water, Diesel, Support Services...).
• Establishing weekly Planned vs Actual report in order to ensure we are not to exceeding the allocated budget.
• Optimizing the indirect expenses in coordination with the department heads and under the supervision of the Project Director, while seeking for rooms of improvements in developing and implementing proactive solutions.
• Estimating the indirect expenses Forecast in line with the project Budget.

KSA

• Reporting to BACS Head of Admin, and managing a team of 100 administrators and workforce, responsible for the day-to-day administration, logistics, transportation, catering, laundry, maintenance, procurement, event.
• Monitoring and managing all aspects of project logistics and administrative functions to assist the Project Director in maintaining project schedule and cost.
• Implementing and applying the company’s rules and regulations in accordance with the Saudi labor law andupdating them according with any new amendment.
• Serving as a point of liaison with the management, by disseminating pertinent weekly reports of the staff’s assessments and the campus executive units, ensuring to comply with the policies and procedures set by the.
• Handling all correspondence tasks, planning conferences, and organizing daily meetings with the responsible personnel ensuring to cover the day to day camp related concerns, and to report any site related issue.
• Directing global internal and external inspections in order to enhance BACS and Riyadh Metro Consultants safety measures.

KSA

- Managing the onboarding development stages for all of the newly employed staff such as quality, operational risk, HR and safety inductions, in addition to housing and transportation processes.- Collaborating with the Division Managers/ Directors regarding the probationary period assessment of the staff.- Handling the Drivers Master list for Manual.

• Reporting to the HR Division Manager and managing and guiding a team of 20 subordinates: 4 senior HR coordinators, 6 HR coordinators and 10 administrative staff, that were responsible for orienting, mobilizing around.
• Coordinating with International Recruiting Agencies from pre-selection and screening stages until the hiring stage.
• Accurate Reporting to the management of the primary hiring stages of the newly hired individuals (such as visa process, starting dates…).
• Organizing and presenting orientation trainings for all the new coming employees and managing all of their HR related doings.
• Assisting in preparing a training plan for employees and organizing training programs and workshops to employees.
• Coordinating with the Housing and Transportation departments to provide appropriate accommodation and allowances for the staff.

- Working with the training manager to develop new, in-house computer software training courses for SOL and other companies’ employees.- Assisting the training managers in developing advanced software Training Programs.

- Assisting in developing and testing websites for bugs and reporting the results to the Developers using SQL programs. - Writing test case scenarios and testing websites, services, reports, window application and Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) to enhance the Project’s effectiveness.
