Select the designs and prepare quotation for customers meeting and the trade shows. Following up products development and the orders process with the merchandiser team, checking the samples and packages quality before sending out to customers for approval, make sure all things are correct. Work close with the teams and suppliers to make sure the goods are shipped with good quality and shipped on time.

- Responsible for price negotiation, factory evaluation before confirmed orders, and new product development for toys, electrical & electronic; arts & crafts, other sundries items.- Teamwork with colleagues to satisfy client’s requests and find the best solution to perfect the new product during development- Suggest and ensure the package design is suitable for the product, comment on the package samples from factory before making.- Monitor and manage laboratories, third-party suppliers, factories during the production process to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.- Cooperate with internal & external parties to be tested during new product development, and suggest efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.- Visit the factories to ensure the products are in smoothly manufacturing, avoid any problems may happen before or at the beginning of mass production and solve.
