Ralton Electricals, a leading electrical sub-contractor in Zimbabwe, entrusted me with the role of Projects and Technical Manager, where I oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-voltage electrical distribution projects for various clients. I also ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations, as well as manage the technical aspects of the projects.I graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology, one of the top engineering universities in China. I joined Ralton Electricals as an Electrical Engineer in November 2019, and since then, I have designed, installed, tested, and maintained electrical systems and equipment. I have also developed strong skills in administrative duties, project management, and problem solving. I have been nominated for employee of the month multiple times, thanks to my hard work, dedication, and teamwork. I am motivated to learn and grow as an engineer and a leader, and to contribute to the success of Ralton Electricals and its clients. I am also interested in vehicle production and maintenance, and I enjoy working as a part-time mechanic assistant as a side hobby. I have excellent computer skills, and I can use all Microsoft tools proficiently. I am fluent in Chinese, English, and Shona.
