I am an incredibly driven individual, who always looks outside of the box, and jumps on opportunities. Continual improvement is a key attribute in my life as I don't believe in perfection. Respect, Discipline, and being humble are also important to me. I take anything I'm presented with as a learning curve and apply my previous life experiences and skills to new life tasks. I believe in making everything more efficient, and never allowing others to take advantage of me. A little OCD, but always for a reason. Everything I do has to have purpose, and although sometimes dont go to plan, its about learning from a negative result is a path to growth and success . There are always solutions to all problems. Never "Cant" only "Wont" is my bug bear when meeting others in difficult situations. Understanding mental behaviour, and individual responses usually lead to my answers in solving problems.
