In AWS Workspaces I work across Authentication and session streaming. I lead the SAML and Certificate Based Auth projects on the Dataplane team to allow our customers to achieve Single Sign On which involved collaboration and influencing across our Client, Control Plane and Protocol teams. Development involved extension of EC2 based Java microservices and defining new contracts with upstream and downstream services

As a Software Development Engineer II on S3, I work on the deletes team on all parts of the software development lifecycle from using data to identify issues, writing requirements and design through to delivery and operations work to ensure that space is reclaimed while having minimal performance impact for our customers. The role has taught me how to work on a massively scaled system which a large proportion of internet users depend on every day.

Transferred to Huawei as a part of it's acquisition of Fastwire. My role has remained the same.

As a Software Engineer for Fastwire, I developed and maintained OSS software using a combination of Java SE, Java EE, shell scripting, Javascript and HTML. I also spent several months working at a customer site working closely with the customer's Network and Support Engineers to develop, test and deliver a new integrated support platform using Groovy, Javascript, HTML and Resolve IT Process Automation.

At National Confectionary Wholesalers I developed, tested and ran business reports using OLAP cubes, Aladdin, Excel and MSSQL. I also provided IT support for the data warehouse, office printers, servers, UPS and network.
