We constructed offices for the accountants PwC and EY, the GLA, Norton Rose, Lawrence Graham, Red Bull, a hotel for Hilton Group and retail space e.g. Strada, Gaucho, Pret.I have experienced the whole cycle of property development, investment, management, financing, restructuring and eventual sale, generating significant returns to the shareholders. The group currently owns and manages other commercial property in London.Near the completion of the More London development I was appointed to manage all operations of the estate, gaining significant experience of dealing with stakeholders – shareholders, property managers, banks and professionals.For six years, assisted the Associated British Ports senior management team with the production of board presentations and annual business plans. That included property, compliance, risk and controls overviews. I acted as Interim Finance Director for a new property development division at Associated British Ports.As Chief Operating Officer of Royal Bank Private Equity (£2bn funds under management), brought together the financial reporting and systems for the private equity companies following the RBS acquisition of NatWest.
