Full time internship with RMC - Society Transformation.

• Planned, facilitated and executed workshops for a diverse range of stakeholders on topics related to investment promotion strategies. • Directed and monitored the design, research, and production phase, along with the associated dissemination strategy for multiple analyses with a budgets of over 600,000 DKK.• Conducted analysis and research, to formulate the strategy for a complete legal restructuring of the organization.• Participated in the interview and recruiting process for several candidates and designed and implemented comprehensive on-boarding procedures for three new roles independently.• Facilitated and enabled the ongoing collaboration between public entities from 4 countries, aiming to align procurement practices effectively.

• Successfully contributed to and assisted in the execution of lobbying efforts to revise EU infrastructure regulations affecting the ScanMed corridor. • Assisted in drafting Interreg applications to secure funding from the European structural and investment funds for STRING projects.

• Organized parent-teacher conferences, and attended to a high standard of communication between our team and the parents. • Responsible for planning several months of education independently.

• Elected by fellow soldiers as spokesperson for the platoon (approx. 40 people) throughout the service period.
