Key Highlights: • Supported and/or led 29 successful bids to the value of circa £10m to date, including bids via R-Cloud, Defence Sourcing Portal, ASTRID, Serapis, as well as direct work with partner organisations. • Represented the University at Events in UK and overseas (including visits to Korea, United States and Switzerland)• Identified potential partners and led discussions regarding collaboration opportunities with over 80 organisations, including defence primes, government organisations, multi-national companies and other universities• Worked with Professors, Professional Service colleagues, senior University stakeholders, Local Authority representatives and C-Suite business partners to promote the University’s defence capabilities and identify new opportunities.
