Maritime Warfare Centre

Assisting in operational analysis and tactical development of a rapidly changing maritime environment. Also responsible for the collation and distribution of a fleetwide tactical library CD. Trials assistant to conducting officers and various seariding jobs have given me a good overview of the wider maritime issues. I also have responsibility for the high level security clearance organisation within the maritime warfare centre which at times is a busy enviroment.

Hms Gloucester

Running the ops room of a busy warship providing the planning, manpower allocation, and leadership often in challenging conditions and rapidly changing situations. Responsible for the design and delivery of training within my own warfare sphere i was also responsible for the provision of whole ship training in the Command, leadership and management enviroment.
