I have over 22 years experience in team and technical leadership, and I have been working as a Project Manager since 2002. I joined IT Services, University of Oxford, in November 2007 and have managed the implementation of 50+ projects covering a variety of business areas. My main area of expertise is managing large business critical projects, for example the migration of 64,000 Oxford University email accounts to Microsoft cloud-based Office365. I consider that I have a unique set of skills; a strong academic, scientific and technical background has been combined with extensive leadership and project management experience.In 2017 I invented a novel electrical item that is patent-pending. From taking the initial requirements, I managed the project startups, initiation, controlling, stage boundaries and closure stages of the projects, at all times adhering to strict quality standards (CMMI level 3), and constantly monitoring budget, risks, issues and change. My stakeholders ranged from numerous internal and external users as well as suppliers.
