Using Prince 2 methodologies, my role was to manage the production support of these systems, as well as implementing requirements for system enhancements, the latter of which followed the full Systems Life Cycle. From taking the initial requirements, I managed the project startups, initiation, controlling, stage boundaries and closure stages of the projects, at all times adhering to strict quality standards (CMMI level 3), and constantly monitoring budget, risks, issues and change. My stakeholders ranged from numerous internal and external users as well as suppliers.
