We see a world where it is easy for built-environment change-makers to harmonise our precious natural environment, built heritage and architectural visions for the future.LARKI uses AI to align 3D laser scans (LiDAR point clouds) from planes, cars, drone, tripods, and converts them into architectural models of buildings (BIM), for use by the architects, property developers, planners and the construction industry generally, especially for faster planning permits to address the affordable and eco-sustainable architecture crises.Customers can go to LARKI online to select LARKI partners’ 3D laser scans (Point Clouds) to buy for their property - up to 300,000x better resolution than traditional 2D surveys, 8x cheaper starting at hundreds of dollars, and 700x faster to acquire in minutes, so that property developers can save weeks (or even years!) off their project timelines and to reduce the risk of costly variations. Customers become paying Members (recurring SaaS) to manage their project and digital twin assets with the LARKI Platform’s high-res aerial photo 2D Map, File Manager and 3D Viewer to understand their site and surroundings in high detail and do measurements remotely and fast.Bringing to this role as CEO, Founder and MD, 25+ years in industry doing sales, tech, capital raising, architecture (buildings), construction management, property development, and business administration.
