Delivered large scale HR change projects including:Transforming the Operations division of the General Insurance business. L&D work-stream lead, then People work-stream lead.Initially responsible for the training of 2000 staff in technical and behavioural skills to enable new team footprint to be successful. Led a team of 11 trainers, based throughout the UK. Project was delivered alongside consultants from Deloitte UK.Subsequently appointed People work-stream lead to ensure the implementation of the Operations vision - a re-designed footprint from 21 to 11 locations in the UK responsible for the L&D, organisation design and culture work-streams. Also responsible for L&D channel on Project Glade - which was the design and implementation of harmonised terms & conditions for all 18,000 UK based Aviva staff in the Life, General Insurance and Investors businesses. This involved producing training material covering elements such as new grading, pay and bonus structures.
