Here I worked in Professor Nancy Kiviat's HPV Research Laboratory, using a multiplexed microparticle assay platform (developed during my PhD) to develop a range of assays, including bisulphite-free DNA methylation analysis, HPV genotyping and circulating DNA detection. As a side-project, we also investigated the levels of MicroRNA expression in cervical.
