Managing all aspects of a range of projects valued from £10k - £3.5m, from project award through to agreeing a final account.Experience of disciplines including driven piling (precast and steel), pre augering, and CFA piling.Responsibilities include -- Attending site visits/pre let/pre start meetings.- Assisting the commercial team with getting in to contract- Organising plant, materials and labour- Reviewing and carrying out designs and pricing- Managing day to day site work performance both on site and remotely- Tracking and reporting project performance (finances, profit margins, quality, programme)- Liaising with clients and suppliers- Writing and tracking QA documents and ITP’s- Managing heath and safety documents
