Throughout our time working together Simon exhibited all the qualities required for managing complex customer and OEM relationships with a great balance of cultural sensitivities, along with technical and commercial acumen. I was impressed by his ability to engage with people from different levels within organisations, presenting in forums that included Vice-Presidents with compelling information that led to additional engagements and ultimately higher return in revenue. Simon works intelligently on the topics that are important to mutual success, not only regionally but also globally, to project, product, technology and sales deployment teams. The ability to do this in my experience is rare, and as a result Simon proved himself to be an extremely valuable asset to our team and other areas within our business. As such Simon will be a real asset to any company - he has a lot of transferrable skills that are right for any business that wants to hunt for new opportunities, strengthen their relationships with their customers and build lasting business with a high value.
