Service Management Offering Programme Manager with multiple global clients.Led a programme to gain efficiencies and insight through improved automation, data engineering, analytics and reporting. Successfully transitioned from the legacy platform and tools to cloud provisioned hosting, eMite and a new Datamart, while aligning business process in readiness for strategic migration to a big data solution. Used a hybrid Agile approach (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and toolset (Atlassian Jira). Additionally, using the same hybrid Agile approach/tools, led the global remote management (EMC Smarts) solution design, development and build (Cloud) for regional migrations from the old RMS solution resulting in a $2m annual cost saving.Improved the CSC engineer customer system support methodology by employing a hybrid Agile approach to manage the design and deployment of a new secure cloud-based client connectivity solution (SDSA-Cloud) and revised operating model. Achieved a 22FTE reduction in annual costs while improving cybersecurity measures.Led a worldwide business change initiative to improve CSC’s workplace offering by transitioning from local touch labour to remote expert support with improved technical skillsets, resulting in global savings equivalent to 550 positions while enhancing service quality and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout.Led a comprehensive programme to transition from diverse legacy service management tools to BMC Remedy, enhancing the service management offering through streamlined global standardisation of tools, integrations, automation and processes. Programme Manager working with RSA Insurance. Client-facing Programme Manager consulting at Director level with RSA as the company began to actively explore the business impact of migrating legacy applications to cloud services as part transitioning to Agile approaches with Digital applications. Led from requirements definition and commercials through to delivery of IaaS and PaaS as well as supporting RSA with the complexities of producing a new Target Operating Model (TOM) to enable RSA to leverage the incumbent service integrator (IBM) with an alternative supplier of cloud services (CSC).

Transformation Programme Manager. Led the initial tranche (£40m, 115 full time resources, 4 key international suppliers) of a significant transformation programme for a secure UK government client. From initial business analysis, through bespoke application (SOA) design, development (Agile Scrumban), build, testing to deployment with associated of business change and security work streams. Introducing a close collaborative approach with client director-level stakeholders and client appointed Deloitte consultants was crucial for achieving success.
