I am an accredited CMC community and workplace mediator with a wealth of experience working within the small business sector. I also coach those seeking help and support navigating escalating conflict situations.I have worked with internationals for most of my career and have encountered and resolved conflict at all levels inside and outside business, which include: - Facilitating client and supplier disputes- Conflict between business partners or shareholders- Challenging cases between co-workers- Relationship breakdowns between employees and managers- Agreeing tax settlements with the Inland Revenue- Supporting housing associations and neighbours with disputes involving boundary lines, noise and anti social behaviourI have spent most of my career founding, buying, or selling new businesses, or leading small teams in pressurised situations. I have worked in commercial operations, HR, finance, sales and marketing and these roles have given me a sensitivity and appreciation of the different points of view held by those working at all levels of an organisation.
