Simon Cromack Email and Phone Number
I am a highly motivated, methodical individual, who enjoys working with and leading individuals on various projects and events, nurturing their abilities. I have a keen eye for establishing concepts and key strategies, placing businesses on highly regarded platforms, increasing their revenue and profitability, whilst installing performance & operating procedures, to support their business model. One of my strengths is reacting to situations and briefs with minimal lead in time, where the highest of standards is a must. A combination of 5 star operational delivery, success through logistics and planning, as well as visionary thinking, is the key to my success in the hospitality and service industry to date. Estate and Household Management, has factored through my career, and more recently I have facilitated many projects with key stakeholders in this environment, both UK based and Internationally. I enjoy the 'Family/Private Office' environment and think of it as an advisory role, improving the day to day life of the client in question, or be it B2B.Having grown up within a family predominantly working in the Brewing and Pub industry over 3 generations, this is a sector of the industry very close to my heart, and my passion for the hospitality business was definitely realised from an early age.Married to Steff, we have two beautiful girls, Ella 8 and Nelle 5

The idea was simple, do something for the community which was engaging, fun and factual and brought a wealth of people from all walks of life together. We created an experience which allowed the punter direct contact with the chefs, producers, retailers and other industry professionals alike, in a social surrounding, which inspired you to take your newly acquired knowledge back home, and put it into practice. Receiving national TV coverage in year one, it grew in success, but never, lost its sense of community and its platform to showcase local talent. Off the back of this we created the 'amateur cook off challenge', which allowed us to enter the lives of the locals by creating a series of 'ready steady cook' style contests in the heart of the village (the local pub), with a knock out competition, resulting in a live final on stage at the Henley Food Festival between the two winning semi finalists, compared by a well known chef. Amazing marketing for the festival and great publicity for the local pubs/Inns Show less
