Advising multi-national companies with their global mobility programs.Assisting with cost reduction, tax planning, advising companies and their employees particularly in relation to international mobility issues.Providing consulting services and clear guidance to clients and their employees with regard to their income and social security tax challenges as well as identifying any potential issues from a corporate tax, transfer pricing perspective, etc, that may arise from having employees overseas.Have been responsible for the global coordination and management of programs of varying needs from emerging clients to established global mobility programs with 1,000+ employees on an assignment at any one time.Providing coaching services to peers and colleagues, helping to guide and direct in their career path.Unique background, having lived and worked in nine countries (learning the languages of Dutch and German), experiencing work across three continents and seven different PwC offices.
