Since 2008, I’ve worked as part of TEAM’s leadership to help build it into a highly-successful and dynamic sports marketing agency. But equally important, we’ve created a diverse and inclusive culture where employees are heard, supported and celebrated. My leadership approach is hands-on and all-in, contributing to a transparent, motivating and high-achieving working environment.
