The main focus of my work at DW Support Services is Social Housing; we focus on co-ordinating maintenance with vulnerable and elderly tenants and deal directly with our maintenance operatives, and plan their works schedule accordingly.

After leaving Servest I began working as a Works Co-ordinator for Propertyserve, a similar property maintenance company but with a focus towards corporate clients. During my time there I was responsible for the JLL team, a large client with corporate buildings across the country.I gained additional skills in areas such as working with clients and.

The main responsibilities I worked on at Servest included:Co-ordinating the reactive maintenance for all Co-operative sites in Central England and Anglia, during this time I was part of a very small team and covered properties from residential to retail. I also handled the maintenance for several other clients including Debenhams, Dreams and Knight.
