Led an outstanding team of over 50 engineering and technical professionals, providing high quality road design and advisory services to the road transport sector, including Roads and Maritime Services, Baulderstone, Thiess and local government.Project Director for the concept design of the Werrington Arterial.Bid Director for successful tenders for the detailed design of the Werrington Arterial and Propsect Highway Upgrade (utility & drainage strategy) with RMS and Shone Avenue Stage 2 (Wollongong Council).Resigned: February 2013

Managed the RTA's current and 10 year forward works program valued at around $2 billion per annum.

Was the RTA's Interface Manager through concept design, environmental impact assessment, detailed design, site establishment and early construction works.

Managed a range of road development projects including Bangor Bypass stage 2, Alford's Point Bridge northern approach and Camden Valley Way upgrade.

Responsibility for management of the RTA Motorway programs and liaison with internal clients in relation to programming issues including current and forward program budgets and project milestones. The role also included identification of network deficiencies and managing route and network analysis projects to identify forward works programs.During this period The RTA delivered the M7 Motorway as well as the Lane Cove and Cross City tunnels.

Responsible for assessing project proposals and scope changes, and for monitoring the status and progress of major road projects. Also assisted in the preparation and co-ordination of the RTA's current and forward Road Development Program.

Was responsible for leading the development, implementation, operations and improvement of the functions, systems, processes and tools necessary to ensure Transport for NSW’s $5 billion per annum capital program achieves its desired outcomes as part of the establishment of TfNSW.

Managed the NSW/ACT Office of ARRB.
