Led DExEU no deal crisis team as part of Operation Yellowhammer (HM Government’s no deal mitigation plans) focussing on areas requiring EU member state or European Commission action. Built a team of 25 crisis professionals in six weeks and operationalised full involvement in cross government crisis planning, disbanded team over two week period following agreement with the EU.

Lead policy official covering EU citizens rights to access benefits and services in the UK following EU exit. Primary focus on education and social housing, and future policy on access to benefits post exit.

Worked in several local primary schools assisting pupils on a group and one to one basis with reading, maths, letter formation, and other curriculum areas.

Areas include leading on the implementation of revised training offers for managers and leaders, working closely with teams responsible for training, ensuring that the particular organisational needs are met; taking the lead on equality, diversity, and inclusion strategies, embedding changes to build a fully inclusive and diverse workplace. Working closely with a programme manager, being responsible for ensuring that an appropriate professional PMO approach is taken.

The Exit Checks Programme will allow authorities to identify where individuals have failed to leave the UK. This data will drive more effective and efficient interventions to tackle irregular migration and contribute to wider cross government strategic objectives.I am the lead official for internal and external communications, business strategy, finance, and policy. My role includes the provision of advice and briefing for ministers and senior officials, and the preparation of business and realisation cases for the Programme. This includes day to day oversight of a budget of £5 million. I work closely with colleagues in operational business areas within my department, and am responsible for developing a cross government strategy to maximise the use of information generated by the Programme. This requires significant stakeholder engagement work at a senior level.I am responsible for the Programme's communications strategy and the development and use of core written materials for use both internally and externally including in Parliament.

Strategic migration policy advisor. Providing high quality evidence based advice to Ministers and senior officials to deliver the Government's migration policy. Stakeholder engagement both internal and external; liaison with international operations; handling cross cutting issues that impact operational delivery of key policy objectives.
