Som teamleder hos FTZ sidder jeg i en mellemlederstilling, hvor jeg er ansvarlig for dendaglige drift og koordinering internt og eksternt med salgsafdeling, kunder, chauffører,lagermedarbejdere og den øvrige ledelse. Jeg er ansvarlig for 88 daglige varekørsler, 22chauffører og regionslagerets ti medarbedere. Desuden bidrager jeg på det strategiske ogtaktiske plan med organisations- og kulturudvikling.

In 2017, I started performing sports psychology consulting work. My primary benefit is coaching. I have specialised in third-generation coaching and coaching of leaders. As a sports psychology consultant, I advised on talent identification, talent development, leadership, cultural and organisation strategies, building talent environments etc. My work has been with athletes, teams, coaches, parents and sports managers in football, handball, ice hockey, karate, golf, weightlifting and riding.

I have teaching experience in sports science education in sports psychology and coaching courses at the 3rd, 4th and 8th semesters. More specific, I teach performance psychology, coaching, talent identification and talent development, cultural- and leadership development. In particular, I contribute with my coaching experience of leaders and how to apply organisation development strategies in practice. At the operational level, I give the students sparring in how they can perform coaching in practice.

In this function, I had the opportunity to develop my leadership skills. I focused on creating a culture based on hard work, communication and team spirit. Through a systemic coaching approach, I especially attempted to strengthen the relationships between the individuals. The season culminated with the cup title and 2nd place at the Danish National Championships.

At Bifrost, I worked both in the school and the after school care. I was responsible for creating joy and participation in physical activity, outdoor life and various creative activities such as cooking, painting and music. As I became more experienced, I took over the responsibility for coordinating and planning the employees and activities in the after school care. In school, I was a teaching assistant. My most important function was to be one-on-one with diag-nosed children who could not attend classes equal to their classmates. In this function, I developed my empathy and my ability to create safe and trusting relationships.

I played in the best Danish ice hockey league for Herning Blue Fox. As an ice hockey player, I have learned discipline, humility, hard work and most importantly, to be a team player who can col-laborate with others to create high performance. In addition, I learned to take responsibility and lead a team by example. Therefore, I was appointed team captain on all club teams and the U16, U17 and U18 national youth teams.
