I am a senior consultant with over 35 years' experience acting on complex, high-value, and cross-border construction and engineering disputes. I have represented many of the leading international developers, consultants, sponsors, contractors, and sub-contractors based out of the Middle East, Europe, North America and Asia.The disputes I have resolved relate to some of the highest profile projects around the world, including stadia, malls, airports, schools, hospitals, laboratories, warehouses, universities and quarries. In addition, I have significant experience of infrastructure disputes relating to power plants, rolling stock, ports, roads and mines.I have previously acted on ICC, LCIA, DIFC – LCIA, DIAC and ADCCAC international arbitrations, involving all major forms of procurement (construction, design and build, EPC).I have been described by Chambers & Partners as a "long standing specialist in contentious matters".
