PMO Director responsible for design, development and mobilisation of a PMO to deliver and run Project Control Services for our Central Government Client in pursuit of Brexit delivery in readiness for 1st January 2021. Delivering directly for our Sponsor and Senior Stakeholders I created a successful PMO to deliver full collaboration with our external Partners putting in place the Team, Tools, Processes, Governance and Control.

Simon led a team of 45 plus in project delivery and PMO professionals responsible for delivering services for Fujitsu's EMEIA Portfolio Office to both internal and external clients. In 2019 EPO were challenged to outsource work to our Global Deliver Centre in Poland where Simon developed recruitment, interview techniques and assessment collateral to ensure we had the right Staff to continue our delivery excellence. Simon continued to lead and manage the Centre of Excellence until August 2019 at which point he became responsible for the Project Associates/ Leaders.

Since Initiating the opportunity to reshape Fujitsu's PMO delivery into a single UK&I PMO for all Fujitsu clients in April 2014 I have worked closely and tirelessly with the Fujitsu PMO to develop the Centre of Excellence team as key part of the UK&I PMO Service. The Centre of Excellence team are aligned with P3O Hub and Spoke model and primarily cover Specialisms in Project Finance, Planning, Change and RAID. I have a fantastic team of 25 Staff delivering on one or more Client based assignments working within a clear Terms of Reference and delivery within the UK&I PMO Service Description.

As Head of Hosting Networks & Security (HNS) Project Management Office (PMO) my role was to control, co-ordinate and govern the HNS PMO activities and services working closely with Line Management, Product Group Management and Projects and Programmes. The HNS Shared Project Management Office provided a central point and source for guidance, documentation, and metrics related to the practices involved in managing and implementing projects within the organisation maintaining standards and standardisation across the HNS Product Groups.

Working alongside named/assigned PC Manufacturers, advising ICL on the feasibility in maintaining and supporting these products for our Customers.
