June 2020 - Took the opportunity to move to our Bradford Land Rover retailer. This was a retailer in re-development and unfortunately struggling to meet customer service and sales targets. Within 6 months we managed to achieve 100% customer satisfaction in new/used and increased our sales performance in all areas including F&I. This was achieved with the original team members and during the unfortunate Covid outbreak. This is by far one of my proudest achievements. -
