Working in IT is so much more than a job to me – it’s a calling. A lifelong computer geek, I have over 15 years of industry experience, 13 of them at Think Concepts. As COO, I oversee all technical aspects of the business, including technical pre-sales, account management, and business technology strategy. Helping the business grow while delivering robust, quality outcomes for our customers has been nothing short of an adventure, and an incredibly rewarding journey. I value empathy and treating everyone with respect and understanding, building strong, trust-based relationships with customers, and making time for anyone in the business who might benefit from my expertise. As I evolve in my role, my goal is to step back from “on the ground” work and focus on advisory, growth, and strategy - while mentoring key team members for future leadership.Outside work, I enjoy acoustic and electric guitar, computer gaming, science fiction and fantasy board games, spending time with family, and tending to my menagerie of pets: two Maine Coon cats, and a Löwchen Terrier. In the interest of supporting animal welfare in places with less established programmes, I also donate monthly to the Balinese Animal Welfare Association (BAWA).
