Upgraded Verint Call Recording Suite for the CBA Direct Banking Step Ahead Programme which was the largest single update of the latest Verint V11 software targeting thousands of end users and Contact Centre Groups. Also deployed Genesys soft phone to targeted groups in the Wealth Management Advice Group.

Programme Manager on the CBA bankwide Data Centre Consolidation Programme as part of the ES IT Infrastructure & Operations - Project Solutions & Delivery Group.As the 52MP AIRR Infrastrucuture Programme Manager I was responsible for the delivery of all the infrastructure for the 52 Martin Place data centre which was the final piece of this bankwide.

Completed my Masters in Professional Ethics at UNSW and travelled to the Middle East.Also spent time developing our family farming and property development enterprises.
