I played a key role on the development of the Carbon Rights Bill which was enacted in 2003. -

The Trust presented any large scale musicals, national companies including the State Theatre companies as well as assisting the development of local companies and education and the arts. I was instrumental in the creation of a national arts centre association and the national touring program Playing Australia. Playing Australia distributed Commonwealth funding to facilitate national touring of the performing arts and regional festivals. I was the inaugural Chair of Playing Australia and held that position for five years.
