He has worked with leading organisations in both government and private sectors, including major transport infrastructure, engineering design management, project and cost management consultancy, and development management.As the former Head of Consulting at UniPhi, an Australian based project management platform, Simon was responsible for the successful roll out of UniPhi with new clients, translating their business needs to real outcomes with streamlined project work, automated essential reporting, and increased margins. He also served as a UniPhi Consultant and Project Manager for the successful roll out of UniPhi as a project information management system at Development Victoria. Simon's mission is to help project based organisations improve their project management and business margins by plugging the gaps in essential information on project performance and leveraging the power of integrated project management information systems.
