As a member of the Delivery Management team in the Network Services Directorate, I am responsible for the transition of new suppliers as managed service providers to the 2G Refresh and 4G/LTE roll-out program of EE, with emphasis on business process, systems, and tools training and support. I enable new MSPs to start working on the project as soon as possible by ensuring that all the necessary system access requirements are obtained, and I either deliver the necessary user training myself, or arrange for its delivery by a 3rd party. To complement the classroom-based and one-to-one tools and systems training, I prepare key stroke-level user guides.I also provide business process training, based on best-practice principles, as well as provide initial project support to help the MSP through the first few weeks of their engagement.I continue to provide transmission process consultancy, as well as SAP and Spectrum subject matter expert support for tools and systems development.
