As a member of the Delivery Management team in the Network Services Directorate, I am responsible for the transition of new suppliers as managed service providers to the 2G Refresh and 4G/LTE roll-out program of EE, with emphasis on business process, systems, and tools training and support. I enable new MSPs to start working on the project as soon as possible by ensuring that all the necessary system access requirements are obtained, and I either deliver the necessary user training myself, or arrange for its delivery by a 3rd party. To complement the classroom-based and one-to-one tools and systems training, I prepare key stroke-level user guides.I also provide business process training, based on best-practice principles, as well as provide initial project support to help the MSP through the first few weeks of their engagement.I continue to provide transmission process consultancy, as well as SAP and Spectrum subject matter expert support for tools and systems development.

I'm primarily responsible for 1st line SAP PS and FICO support to the Ericsson Managed Services team working on the MBNL and EE project, leading a team of one off-shore and two UK-based Support Analysts. I am the acknowledged subject matter expert on SAP and the Nemesis front-end tool of the Spectrum (Oracle) site database.As Spectrum and SAP SME, I work in a consultant capacity to the respective Spectrum and SAP development teams to ensure that any enhancement to the toolsets align to the agreed business rules. I also provide SAP and SAP Business Warehouse reporting consultancy to the Ericsson Project Management Office for project finance and workflow management, and to MBNL and EE Finance teams.

RF planning and optimisation of all GSM and UMTS cells within the London boroughs of Hackney, Camden and Islington from March 2005 to October 2007, and for all GSM and UMTS cells in the London Boroughs of Lewisham, Greenwich, Southwark, and Lambeth from November 2007 to January 2009.I was heavily involved in the London site selection process for the MBNL Godiva network, the consolidated UMTS network of T-Mobile UK and 3UK, using MORAN technology, as well as in the roll-out phase.

RAN backhaul transmission design and planning for the East Midlands and East of England region, utilising both microwave radio and leased lines.IUB Config preparation for the UMTS roll-out programme in the Midlands area.

Led a team of four engineers responsible for the allocation of transmission capacity for A-Bis and IuB circuits for sites in the Midlands region.Worked with Field Operations Technicians in keeping site DDF and jumpering records up to date, and assisting them in fault-isolation exercises.

Headed a team of office-based circuit assignment engineers and field-based circuit provisioning engineers/technicians covering the entire Smart transmission network in the Philippines, for both microwave and fibre-optic backbone and last mile links.

I evaluated and approved customer network design and configuration, microwave radio path profile and link budget analysis for private corporate networks.I managed the planning and implementation teams in provisioning leased lines for companies such as Citibank, Dole, Union Carbide, Hitachi, Philips, San Miguel Corp, Epson, Texas Instruments, Toyota, Nissan.
