Current* Consolidation of our business relationships with our key clients * Market analysis & identification of the main brands on targeted markets (Spain, Poland, Germany, UK, France Czech Republic)* Implementation of a strategic action plan in priority markets* Identification, preparation, and participation in the main trade shows of our industry according to our strategy (Maison & objets, Vivaness, IFA, Natexpo, Cosmoprof, EcoLiving.)* Negotiation of contracts for order volumes of up to €400K* Management & monitoring of product customisation from production up to delivery* Management of a salesman team in charge of commercial development of retail accounts
