Presently, I currently work as a fitness tutor and assessor at Fitasylum, a role that encompasses tasks such as grading assignments, guiding students in their personal training and fitness instructing learning journey and aiding their professional and personal growth. Additionally, I contribute my writing skills to various organisations, having penned articles for reputable publications like Tom's Guide, Bauer Media, Men's Fitness, AFA, Health, Fitness and Education, Cycling Weekly as well as Children with Voices.For the past ten years, I've been immersed in the realm of body composition expertise. This journey has involved coaching clients, devising tailored nutrition plans and workout routines with the sole purpose of rapidly changing body composition. My approach revolves around achieving optimal results in minimal time. Serving as an online personal trainer, I've crafted valuable educational resources for Diamond & Bradley S.C.N. During this period, I've also dedicated time to authoring three books, which are currently in progress.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of training diverse clients, including social media influencers, celebrities and professionals working in the city centre. My training experiences extend to luxurious hotels like The Lowry and Hilton exclusive gym hotels in central Manchester.My commitment to continuous professional development is unwavering. Every year, I complete one to three courses ranging from well-being, coaching, nutrition and fitness in order to remain current with the latest fitness trends and research. Furthermore, I am a previous bodybuilder and fitness model winner, World Record Holder in different muscular endurance and strength titles. My next adventure is to become a black belt for Cobra Martial Arts. As you can probably tell by now, I love all things that encompass fitness, nutrition and wellbeing.
